5. Conclusion
In the course of this article, we have only been able to touch on certain aspects of ceramic science and technology. Very important elements, such as the notion of reliability, have been left in the shadows. For more detailed information on each of the families of passive ceramic components mentioned, please refer to the sections devoted to them, to the references listed at the end of the article, or to the manufacturers' catalogs.
This article has highlighted the importance of ceramics in the field of electronic components. It is becoming increasingly clear that this importance is only growing, given all the specific features that distinguish them from other materials.
