9. Secure weighing

Once the minimum weight has been assessed, it is essential that the user complies with it. To this end, manufacturers now integrate this value into the operation of their scales.

  • Software security

    Once the minimum weighing parameters have been integrated and the container has been tared on the weighing pan, you will notice that :

    • for a monochrome screen, the display contrast is low (this is the first visual safety feature); for a color screen, the weight display is red;

    • the value of the minimum test tap is displayed as information.
