4. Conclusion
Blast furnace slags can be labeled without any restrictions due to their natural radioactivity. The proposed method shows very positive results. More generally, measuring low-level radioactivity with good accuracy is often difficult, and the economic consequences of poor measurement quality can be significant. The development of accurate measurement methods is therefore a good investment.
