3. Project planning

The first step is to know precisely what you want to do and how. That's why we put so much emphasis on the task flowchart.

3.1 Task organization chart (TO)

Note :

please refer to the to processes 4.1 and 4.2.

The TO must be as exhaustive as possible. It must include all tasks of any kind, more or less directly linked to the realization of the project. It enables responsibilities to be allocated among all those involved.

In particular, it defines the level of detail the CP wishes to control, and explains the criteria for its choice.
