9. Conclusion

We stress the importance of the interweaving of disciplines involved in project management, and the complexity of the project team's task, even for the simplest projects.

The two booklets and present cases taken from real-life situations; they are deliberately simplified and schematized for didactic purposes. We have tried, in each phase, to mention the processes it illustrates and the concrete methods employed. However, not all processes are dealt with in detail. Some can be summed up in their output. We suggest that readers study each phase in turn, so as to place themselves in conditions similar to those of the actors in the real case. The reader is therefore invited to study the statement in phase 1, to propose his or her answer, and only then to refer to the following paragraph, which sets out the proposed solution, and...
