The transfer modeling approach consists in proposing a mathematical formalization of the transfer processes that induce the thermodynamic change of state at the origin of phase separation.
The main issues involved in the modeling approach are outlined in section 3.1 , then the classical architecture of a transfer model in the context of the VIPS process is developed in section 3.2
