3. Conclusion: developments and prospects
The IDS is a complex organization that aims to create a single point of access to information and to the range of documents available in heterogeneous silos, in terms of both the nature of the resources described and the diversity of the technologies and formats used. It's a fragile ecosystem that makes the work of information-documentation professionals more complex, while aiming for greater ease of appropriation by the public (figure 3 ).
