9. Conclusions

This article has merely outlined ECMAScript 2015, omitting the description of reflexive features such as the ability to invoke the Javascript compiler at runtime with the function eval or the manufacturer Function . He described only the language, and refrained from describing DOM manipulation and the countless modules written in Javascript. Likewise, it was silent on the tools: integrated development environment (Eclipse, Atom, etc.), testing tools (Jasmine, Mocha, etc.), utilities (grunt, gulp, etc.), module manager (bower, npm, etc.) and best practices. On the other hand, we have insisted on the highlights of Javascript and its lexical or semantic peculiarities.
