2.1 Identify sources of problems
Measuring data quality can help to identify the precise origin of data quality problems and assess their importance in terms of impact, and subsequently define priorities and a targeted, calibrated action plan. Typically, we don't want to/cannot correct all errors, as this can be very costly, especially as not all data quality problems are of the same importance.
