6.1 Creating an application with Angular CLI
Let's move on to the creation of an Angular application. To do this, we'll use a tool that acts as a project manager, called Angular CLI. We also assume that web services (the server side) are operational, and that Node.js and its package manager npm have been installed on our computer (Angular CLI needs them).
