7.1 Annoying omissions
The term quality is absent from all AGILE literature, although works such as G. Weinberg's are often cited. There is a kind of detestation of the term "quality", which is understandable given the perverse results of quality bureaucracy. It's regrettable, however, because we can't advance the profession by lumping quality issues together with those who have turned them upside down.
