3. Frequency management on behalf of allottees

3.1 Independent networks (Arcep)

Article R. 20-44-11 (11°) of the French Post and Electronic Communications Code stipulates that ANFR "may, at the request of administrations and assigning authorities and within the framework of agreements concluded with them, manage all or part of their frequency plans and assignments, examine authorization applications, issue administrative documents arising from these authorizations and carry out the necessary checks".

In application of the aforementioned provisions, and under the terms of an agreement with Arcep, ANFR receives and instructs :
