Radargram; radargram

2D graphical representation (distance, time) of electromagnetic reflectivities (radar echoes) induced at depth during the propagation of electromagnetic waves by reflections on discontinuities within a dielectric material as the georadar moves.

Polarization; polarization

Electromagnetic waves are vectorial in nature, and polarization is defined in terms of the direction the electric field takes at a given time during propagation as a function of space. Polarization is an instantaneous spatial representation of the electric field.

Clutter ; clutter

Any signal that contains no information and brings interference or echo clutter to the radar signal is called a clutter.
