3. The Stockholders

In understanding the impact of EU regulations on EV-LIB sector, it is crucial to identify and understand the roles of various stakeholders as defined in the EU regulatory documents. These stakeholders can be broadly categorized into two groups: Operational stakeholders and Regulatory and Compliance stakeholders. We propose this classification, as it could simplify explaining these actors by considering their unique roles and responsibilities that could aid in assessing regulation impacts, necessary actions, and strategies of each stakeholder group. Figure  1 shows the Stockholders map and classifications used in this paper, which we will explain in the following subsections.
