2.1 Quality
The protection plan for an electrical network is the set of theoretical measures implemented to detect and eliminate faults likely to affect the network, by de-energizing the faulty network section.
It has three essential missions:
ensure personal safety. The aim is to avoid or limit, as far as possible, the electrical risks to third parties and those working on the site, resulting from faults on the network. It is very important to note that the protection plan is not the only element designed to ensure personal safety.
