4. Conclusion
To ensure the safe operation of public or private electrical installations, it is necessary to carry out an electrical risk analysis based on clear and relevant principles. This article sets out, as fully as possible, the electrical safety basics that the chain of operators, from employer to employee, must respect. Under these conditions, the number of accidents of electrical origin should tend towards zero.
