The Linky system enables Enedis to develop new services to control the HTA and LV networks in near-real time.

Help to locate HV and LV incidents
In the event of a network incident, the infrastructure sends alerts that enable the origin of the malfunction to be quickly identified and located, for example :
Breakage of neutrals or melting of LV fuses;
HTA faults: atmospheric aggression (lightning, storms), falling trees, third-party work or equipment failure.
