5.1 Principle
The challenge of this section is to implement the modeling of grounding devices in the modeling of a real installation.
This installation contains not only earthing systems, but also loads of various types (motors, power electronics, transformers, etc.) connected (different types of wiring), as well as protection systems (lightning arresters, RCDs, etc.).
In order to offer a simulation of the complete system, we need a model for each component of the system.
