6. Conclusion

These days, it's increasingly important to install anti-intrusion security systems, both inside and out.

All detections prior to intrusion, by prohibiting access to the premises, generally limit the damage considerably.

The tools exist, but it's essential to use them properly, especially when it comes to external protection, which is the most difficult to manage. This applies equally to industrial sites, storage sites and establishments open to the public.

Metal protections such as wire mesh, steel panels or masonry walls topped with barbed wire are not sufficient, as it is easy to make an opening; they must be complemented by cameras, presence detectors or infrared barriers for people, and by obstacles for spaces.
