6. Examinations, checks and tests

6.1 Checking after installation

The decree of 1 er March 2004 stipulates that after the appliance has been installed in a building, it must be checked before being put back into service. This check consists of :

  • a suitability test ;

  • an installation inspection ;

  • a conservation test ;

  • static and dynamic tests;

  • safety device tests.
