9. List of speakers
The list of participants, attached to the tender documents, must be completed according to the companies selected to carry out the work. Ideally, it should be completed before contracts are signed, and attached to the site regulations. Finally, as soon as site preparation begins, this list must be circulated to all companies, and may be attached to the first site report. The table 1 shows an example of its contents.
