5. Stability requirements
A reminder:
the ground on which the scaffolding rests must be flat and horizontal;
stabilizers, the use of which is defined by the manufacturer and indicated on the instructions supplied, must be fitted and must correspond to the height of use.
The scope of the standard NF EN 1004 concerning rolling scaffolding applies only to scaffolding used in :
with a floor height of less than 12 m ;
interior or exterior with a floor height of less than 8 m and a wind speed of less than 45 km/h (10 daN/m 2 ).
