2. Calculating the price of a work

Calculating the price of a project now makes extensive use of the company's database, built up from analyses of previous projects.

First of all, we need a very brief description of how unit prices are calculated and used.

For example, to quickly estimate the price of the shell of a "standard" hospital, we'll use the number of beds and, from the company's database, the shell price per bed, based on the work carried out on the various hospitals built by the company, with certain adaptations (location, nature of the shell, etc.).
