The quality of lifting operations depends on the skills and quality of the lifting team, made up of the crane operator, the person in charge of maneuvering with lifting equipment and the slinger. Their training must be carried out with almost constant monitoring.

It's important to remember that it's the crane and its crew who make the site win. Any ill-prepared task means downtime, not just for the team, but for the whole site, and any catch-up task means a delay or, if the delay is to be avoided, an increase in risk.
