2. Characteristics of the work

There are other obligations that also influence the location of concrete reworks (or stops): the building's load-bearing structure and its design. In order to meet these requirements, it is necessary to study the various elements making up the structure and how they relate to each other and to the structure.

2.1 Presence of masonry

If the walls and spandrels were to be built in masonry rather than in reinforced concrete, they could be executed at different times. This would allow for greater flexibility in planning.
