4. Enabling the use of goods and tools

It is, at every moment :

  • authorize the provision of sufficient space for the equipment and furniture required for the activity;

  • provide the resources needed for these "objects" to function properly.

Two significant developments are worth noting.

Firstly, there is the multiplication of these goods and tools (B&O), which corresponds to the rise in the average standard of living. The number of B&O is the result of technical progress, innovative offerings and the miniaturization of equipment.
