2. 4C" diagnosis of the city
Looking more specifically at the urban scale, the application of the reading grid in figure 3 leads us to define four dimensions characterizing the community's adjustment to this territory. And this in a generic way.
These four "Cs" are then broken down step by step into a set of criteria for specifying how the city functions at the level of systemic goals.
Observing a given situation through this prism leads to the expression of what is known as the "4C diagnosis" (table 3 ).
