4. Wind effects on prismatic constructions with a regular or circular polygonal base

In principle, this paragraph mainly concerns chimneys, refrigerants, towers for industrial use, horizontal or vertical tanks, and high masts.

The wind is assumed to act perpendicular to one face for three- or four-sided prisms, and perpendicular to the maximum master torque for other constructions.
