4. Conclusion
Some may consider this scenario utopian. In fact, it should be considered an "anticipatory utopia", as Ladrière puts it. Indeed, it offers an alternative to the often unfinished debates on sustainable development, in the absence of a coherent economic vision.
What we've just described is an economic model that makes it possible to place construction activities within the perspective of "sustainable" development, i.e., producing better while saving the resources needed to make them available over the long term.
The question then arises as to when this deployment will occur.
