3. Specifications
The decree of November 18, 2004, as amended, on safety work to be carried out on elevator installations lists the requirements to be met by the safety devices to be installed, depending on the characteristics of existing installations.
For each device, decision criteria (what to check) are given first, followed by prescriptions (what to get).
3.1 1st stage: systems initially scheduled for December 31, 2008, postponed to December 31, 2010
