8. Fatigue

The development given in EC2 to the phenomenon of fatigue, rarely encountered in standard reinforced concrete constructions (but more frequent in prestressed concrete engineering structures), takes it outside the scope of the present dossier. The National Annex also amends this paragraph with regard to its scope of application.
