Anhydrous cement is an intimate mixture of one or more constituents, produced either before or after grinding:
specially manufactured products (clinker);
by-products from other industries (slag, fly ash) which undergo more or less elaborate selection and preparation for incorporation into cement;
natural products which, for incorporation into cements, undergo no treatment other than drying and pulverization (fillers, natural pozzolans).
