3. Installation and commissioning
Installation and commissioning of a system are carried out by the installer under the supervision of the client, but more generally by the project manager. It should be remembered that the project owner is the natural or legal person who finances the operation and then becomes the owner of the installation, and that the project manager has been chosen by the former to ensure the completion of the project.
The installer's technical proposal, based on the specifications drawn up by the project manager and accepted by the client, forms part of the contract and defines the responsibility and performance limits of the contractor (builder or installer).
Installation operations can be broken down into three phases: preliminary studies, site work, commissioning and testing.
