3. Study of a project's wind potential
The cost price of wind-generated electricity is highly sensitive to the level of the wind field. The study of a wind farm project, in the economic conditions of the moment when most of the financing is in place, implies a very precise approach to the wind deposit, and to future producibility, in order to convince the financiers.
It is therefore essential to carry out as accurate a study as possible of the wind potential at the project site.
