4.1 Convective boiling heat transfer
For fluid mixtures, the exchange coefficients obtained experimentally are notably lower than for pure bodies, but this degradation varies with the composition of the mixture. Compared with pure bodies, the vaporization of a multicomponent fluid is highly complex due to the mass transfers of the species involved.
