4. Virtual collaboration

Today's co-creation phases are well-equipped, with new methods and tools appearing regularly to encourage the emergence of ideas and the inclusion of all co-designers, whether from the same trade or not.

These co-creation phases, and by extension the phases of co-assessment of intermediate representations, are mostly held in the same place, and it remains difficult to mobilize distant teams from the earliest phases of the design process, when formal and informal exchange is most important to foster the emergence and maturation of ideas.

It's important to be able to offer design teams tools that encourage synchronous and asynchronous collaboration.
