5. Conclusion and outlook

The results of this study lead us to issue a number of points of vigilance in relation to occupational risk prevention, aimed at LC users as well as those who can support the deployment of this technology in companies.

When travelling on foot, it is best to :

  • retract the screen or raise the visor when the system allows, to clear the field of vision. If this is not possible, it is advisable to remove the LCs while on the move;

  • avoid walking while looking at or interacting with the information displayed on the LC screen. If, however, it is necessary to process this information, it is advisable to stop to limit the risk of falling or colliding with an obstacle.
