5.1 Presentation
To carry out this APR approach, a method and a presentation specific to this approach are very commonly used, with the following characteristics:
the hope of identifying all reasonably conceivable risks is based on the systematic use, without dead-ends, of lists that can conjure up all possible accident scenarios;
the identification of risks requiring action is based on the usual assessment of risk in its two dimensions of frequency and severity, using simple 3- or 4-level scales;
the presentation of the approach in standard tables which, at the same time, provide some guidance for the writer.
