DNDO (Distance Nominale de Danger Oculaire); NOHD (Nominal Ocular Hazard Distance)
Formerly known as nominal eye risk distance (DNRO).
Nd:YAG laser; Nd:YAG laser
Laser whose amplifying medium is a neodymium (Nd)-doped yttrium aluminum garnet crystal (Y 3 Al 5 O 12 ). The typical fundamental wavelength of these lasers is 1,064 nm. Using crystals, this laser source can generate so-called harmonic wavelengths, which are sub-multiples of 1,064 nm (532 nm, 355 nm, 266 nm, 213 nm...).
Oscillateur Paramétrique Optique OPO; Optical Parametric Oscillator OPO
Coherent source obtained, by sending on a non-linary crystal such as BBO (Barium Beta...
