2. Toxic residues found in livestock feed

We will look successively at metallic elements, pesticides, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, radioactive isotopes, food additives and veterinary drugs, the transmission of toxins and that of non-conventional transmissible agents (prions).

Finally, we look at the effects of heating on residues and potentially toxic substances.
