2.1 Description of the G-VIR glove®

The G-VIR ® glove consists of three layers (figure 1 ):

  • a mechanical outer layer, in contact with patients or products and instruments to be handled;

  • an intermediate layer containing the disinfectant dispersed in the form of microdroplets;

  • a mechanical inner layer coated with an inert coating designed to facilitate donning of the glove by the user.
