3.1 Liability claims
This applies to company directors, maintenance department managers and, more generally, to all employees.
Non-performance or performance of a contractual obligation that does not comply with the contractual undertakings (intervention outside the scope of the defined services, failure rate higher than agreed, failure to observe a notice period for notifying a breach of a contractual obligation, etc.) gives rise to liability.
Infringement of business interests leads to civil liability. Infringement of public order gives rise to criminal liability.
