2. Prerequisites
For both the company and the employee, going abroad is a major decision that can have far-reaching consequences if it doesn't go well, so it's important to prepare carefully.
At this stage, before starting the formalities, it is essential to assess the political context and the various risks. Earthquakes, kidnappings or terrorist attacks. These risks need to be assessed in order to prevent and prepare future expatriates, even if it means running simulated exercises.
