3. Methodologies

3.1 Business virtualization

The global enterprise is organized around a digital information exchange network through which all its players, whether internal or external, collaborate and participate in its development. To achieve this, the company uses standard software available on the market. But how can we go further? Once all companies have mastered this "global digital organization", how can they gain a differentiating strategic advantage? How can we maintain or gain an advantage? In our view, the strategy to adopt is firstly to better adapt software to users, thanks to virtual reality technologies, and then to "virtualize" the company's businesses. This is what we present below.
