4.1 Statement
One of the project team's first tasks is to plan the project. To this end, Messrs Clément, Denis, Étienne and François, with the help of Mr Bernard, draw up a list of the tasks required for the successful completion of the project [Box 7]. This document is obviously preliminary and, perhaps, incomplete. The initial of the person in charge (with G for GERT) and the estimated duration are indicated in brackets.
