6. Contractual aspects of design services
The collaboration contract needs to be carefully drafted, being as precise as possible about the purpose of the contract and the number of models transferred by the designer, the cost of the study and the payment schedule, industrial property and confidentiality deadlines. Collaboration between designer and company is essentially based on mutual trust. A designer who knows a company well becomes a valuable partner.
