4. Managerial approach

The general aim of any management system, with regard to hygiene and health at the workplace, safety and environmental protection, is to involve every member of staff, not only in complying with instructions and procedures, but also in the search for improvements in risk control. The aim is to create the right conditions to encourage the involvement of the various hierarchical levels and individual commitment.

In this context, the feedback process offers the various players in the analysis process an opportunity to exchange and adjust their knowledge and experience, and to jointly define shared objectives.
