4.1 Silent-blocs

  • General: Working by deformation, these parts require no lubrication and can therefore operate maintenance-free and problem-free in very dusty or aggressive environments. Their flexibility makes them particularly well-suited to handling misalignments.

    On the other hand, this flexibility means that they are not suitable for precise positioning, especially when a good range of angular displacement is required. They take up a lot of space.
