Commissioning
All equipment must undergo tests to confirm its suitability for use. These tests are carried out by or under the supervision of the manufacturer, either when the equipment leaves the factory, or when it is commissioned by the customer.
During commissioning, under the user's responsibility, the device must undergo a suitability test and a functional test, which may be delegated to a verification body (see § 5
