The question posed was: "How can the sorting center absorb the incoming high-volume flow while improving its industrial performance?
In other words, how :
set up a truly continuous flow that increases the sorting center's absorption capacity to comply with environmental regulations?
while maximizing outgoing sales?
and minimizing additional production costs?
In view of the priorities identified, and of our production system, we immediately made it a priority to improve our OEE in order to reduce as far as possible our reliance on subcontracting, and to work under calm sorting conditions.
